BuzzStar is free to download. Creators set their call rates and the prices for the paid options they offer. Review the amount shown before booking a call, sending a paid message, or requesting a reply.
Before the conversation
Start with the creator’s rate and your call length.
There is no single call price across BuzzStar. For live calls, creators set a per-minute rate. Scheduled calls and other offers show their own duration and total price. Check the booking screen for the current price.
Review the creator name, selected time, and total at checkout. Use that total to decide whether the call fits your budget. A price you saw on an earlier visit is not a quote for a new purchase.

Extend the conversation
An extension adds the time shown in the offer during a call. The price can differ from your original per-minute rate, and later extensions can have different prices. Review each offer before purchasing.
Purchase an available recording
A call recording is a separate purchase, available only for eligible calls with both participants’ agreement. Review the recording offer and price. Do not assume every call includes a video to save.
Understand recording and sharingPaid messages and personal replies
Creators can charge for text and voice messages. Check the amount shown in your conversation before sending. A requested voice or video reply has its own offer details, price, and response window.
Scheduled call requests
Check the price and proposed time for a scheduled call. The creator needs to confirm your request or agree on another time. Review the booking status in the app before treating the appointment as confirmed.

Questions about a call or charge?
Start with your call history and purchase details. For a refund question, use the request option available for the call or contact support. Refund requests are reviewed and do not guarantee approval.
Send the creator name, call date, and a short explanation to [email protected]. Do not send your full card number, password, or verification code.

Is BuzzStar free?
The BuzzStar app is free to download. Live calls are paid. Review the creator’s rate, your selected duration, and the total shown before purchasing.
Does every creator charge the same rate?
No. Creators choose their own per-minute live-call rates. Scheduled calls and other offers show their own duration and total price. Check the creator’s profile or booking screen.
Does an extension use my original call rate?
Not necessarily. An extension has its own displayed price, which can differ from the initial rate or an earlier extension. Check the extra duration and total before each purchase.
How do I raise a billing or refund question?
Review the call in your history and use the refund request option when it is available. You can contact [email protected] with the call date, creator name, and issue. A request does not guarantee a refund.
